These gearboxes are built on a very tight margin and are sold on an EXCHANGE basis only. Your old unit (including housing, bolts & all internals) must be returned to us within 20 business days of receipt. If your unit has run low on oil, OR damaged the casing or clustershaft, or is mostly unserviceable as a standard gearbox, the core deposit may not be refundable.
6 Month Unlimited km Back-To-Base Limited Warranty. Conditions apply -. We do NOT warranty the vehicle NOR the driver – just the gearbox! Racing spec boost and/or torque; clutches with 50%+ clampage above OE; OR performance aftermarket flywheels, may cause gearbox breakage or damage which is NOT covered under our warranty.
WARRANTY IS IMMEDIATELY VOID IF THE GEARBOX IS OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH.
- The Purchaser takes full responsibility in selecting this item for the application they require.
- The Purchaser understands that we do not supply instructions on how to fit this unit.
- Tampering with this product will render your warranty immediately null and void & returns may not be accepted.
- Buyer must notify us immediately there is a problem.
- If the vehicle is continued to be driven against our instructions your warranty will be void.
- Failure to return the product within 14 days of reporting a failure may void your warranty.
- Return requests will be evaluated individually and may incur extra charges.
- Items already fitted to the vehicle may not be accepted.
- Any returned goods which are damaged due to poor quality packaging or fitment will incur a fee to bring the item back to re-saleable condition.
